I provide individual therapy for teenagers, young adults, and adults who are committed to personal growth, healing, and self-discovery. Together, we explore life’s challenges, patterns, and experiences with curiosity and compassion, creating meaningful opportunities for insight, resilience, and lasting change.

I am currently in-network with several different insurance companies. I also accept self pay.

Rates depend on a few factors:

• If you plan to use your insurance benefits, my billing specialist can verify your coverage, including any deductible, copay, or coinsurance responsibilities, following our consultation.

• If you will be utilizing self-pay services, fee information and payment options will be discussed during the consultation process.

• Once you complete the intake form on the “Contact” page, I will personally reach out within 24 hours to schedule a consultation with you via text. I do this to learn more about your needs, answer any questions you may have, and discuss how we can work together moving forward.

Our sessions will be conducted virtually through my HIPAA-compliant therapy system. You will be able to access our sessions through your phone or laptop device.

Energy work is offered in person which can be discussed in our consultation.
